Foreign Press - Climbing [12MI 0016 UK 1982 24-Bit 176.4kHz FLAC]

I may have been a little unkind to Foreign Press regarding their BeMusic/Dojo produced pop single The Great Divide. To make up for that I've re-ripped their excellent post-punk single, Climbing and it knocks the spots off my previous efforts and the aforementioned pop single.

These Wythenshawe post-punkers second single had more in common musically with The Sound than any of their Mancunian cohorts, in fact fans of The Sound will notice a remarkable similarity between Foreign Press front man Ralph Bowe's voice and that of the late Adrian Borland. Enjoy.
