Lovely Feely

Donna Summer - I Feel Love (Patrick Cowley Mega Mix) [5389337 UK 2019 24-Bit FLAC]

I was contemplating a rip of my scratchy old  1982 pressing of this electro-disco classic, until I fell into a copy of this recent repress for the nu-disco market.... and they have done it justice. As a bonus you get an extended version of an Earth, Wind & Fire standard on the flipside.

More Moroder very shortly ...with some more Cowley to follow when time allows.

A1 Donna Summer - I Feel Love (Patrick Cowley Mega Mix)
B1 Earth, Wind & Fire with The Emotions - Boogie Wonderland

The Patrick Cowley rework has always let me down. It's not that it's bad, it's just not special enough to compete with the original for me.

      Which original ?
The album version or the 'hastily done' 12'' version.
