Monaco - Sweet Lips [571 057-1 UK 1997 24-Bit FLAC]

Peter Hook's chart toppers Monaco were responsible for a couple of great singles in the nineties. Whilst most would opt for his signature What Do You Want From Me, it was the disco-pop of Sweet Lips which floated my boat. Here is my original twelve in three mixes backed with the non-album track Shattered.

    Sweet Lips goes where New Order were just a bit shy to when it came to really attacking House Music. The Farley + Heller Fire Island mix is massive. The Joey Negro Main Slice Mix got some decent club play in NYC at the time.
