If there was never Joy Division, then there would never have been Siglo XX. I don't know if Genk resembles Macclesfield or Salford, perhaps the towns have much in common ....maybe it is something in the water. Mind you, I did hear that you should never drink Belgian water ...just the beer. From one of the very best Belgian coldwave bands doing a bloody good job of attempting to follow in Joy Division's footsteps.

    Thanks for posting this. Together with "De Brassers" these guys were one of my favourite bands back then. And yes, Genk was dark in those days, very dark. The perfect spot to create this great stuff.
